DMCA Notice and Procedure

URLSX respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the URLSX service.

How to File a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via a shortened URL on URLSX, please notify our copyright agent as set forth in the DMCA.

Your DMCA notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work - Provide a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the infringing material - Provide the shortened URL(s) that link to the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information - Include your address, telephone number, and email address
• Statement of good faith - A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
• Statement of accuracy - A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Physical or electronic signature - A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

• Identification of the material that has been removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local Federal District Court
• Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

URLSX will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. If you believe that a user is a repeat infringer, please contact us at dmca@urlsx.site with evidence of such infringement.

Processing Time

We will review all DMCA notices and respond within 2-5 business days. If the notice is complete and valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material promptly.
